BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to enact legislation concerning providing revenue flexibility, assistance, and options to cities and counties to promote fiscal sustainability.
