AN ACT Relating to regulatory and financial mechanisms and means to promote the retirement of coal-fired electric generation facilities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. This act shall be known as the "Washington state coal generation retirement program."
