AN ACT Relating to secure facilities for the criminally insane; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. This act and section 1, chapter . . ., Laws of 2015 (House Bill No. 1599) are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and take effect June 30, 2015.
