Modifies notification requirements by owners of self-service storage facilities to occupants.

Allows a storage facility owner, if an occupant is in default for at least sixty days, to have a stored motor vehicle or boat towed or removed from the facility in lieu of a sale.

Addresses a storage facility owner's liability in regard to rental agreements with limits on the value of personal property stored.
