Authorizes state and local law enforcement agencies to seize and sell at auction any marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products that have been illegally grown, produced, processed, or possessed in violation of the uniform controlled substance act, and that are subject to seizure and summary forfeiture.

Allows only those marijuana producers and processors licensed by the state liquor control board to participate as buyers in the auction.
