Requires the department of fish and wildlife, before acquiring real property in any county after the effective date of this act, to identify for sale department-owned land in that same county of equal or greater acreage than the property to be acquired.

Requires the department of natural resources, before acquiring real property in any county after the effective date of this act for purposes of a natural area preserve, natural resources conservation area, or other habitat or riparian protection purposes, to identify for sale department-owned land in that same county of equal or greater acreage than the property to be acquired.

Requires the parks and recreation commission, before acquiring real property in any county after the effective date of this act, to identify for sale agency-owned land in that same county of equal or greater acreage than the property to be acquired.
