HB 2563 - DIGEST

Revises the fair campaign practices act.

Requires the following to electronically file certain information with the public disclosure commission: Candidates, political committees, treasurers, sponsors of political advertising, lobbyists, employers of lobbyists, elected officials, and executive state officers, appointees, and candidates.

Authorizes the public disclosure commission to make exceptions, on a case-by-case basis, for a person who demonstrates the technological inability to file reports using the electronic means provided or approved by the commission.
