Authorizes the state health officer or a county health officer to enter into an agreement with a pharmacist in order for the pharmacist to initiate or modify drug therapy related to self-administered hormonal contraceptives in accordance with written guidelines and protocols previously established and approved for the pharmacist's practice by the state health officer or a county health officer.

Requires the pharmacy quality assurance commission, in order to increase awareness of the availability of contraceptives in pharmacies, to develop a sticker or sign to be displayed at a pharmacy that initiates or modifies drug therapy related to self-administered hormonal contraceptives.
