Concerning retirement service credit.


Prohibits a member of the public employees' retirement system, who is a state elected official, from receiving service credit for an authorized leave of absence that is provided after the member has been charged with a felony offense, unless the felony charges are subsequently dismissed or the member is acquitted of the felony charges.

Authorizes any state elected official to: (1) Voluntarily reduce his or her salary; and
