Requires establishments that maintain restrooms for use by the public to post, in all restrooms of the establishment, a notice which may be in a variety of languages and include toll-free telephone numbers a person may call for assistance, including numbers for the national human trafficking resource center and the state office of crime victims advocacy.

Authorizes the office of crime victims advocacy to work with businesses, other establishments, and human trafficking victim advocates to adopt policies for the placement of the notices.
