Establishes the Washington affordable housing for all act.

Creates the state affordable housing for all program within the department of commerce with the goal of a decent, appropriate, and affordable home in a healthy, safe environment for every very low-income household in the state by 2026.

Requires each county to: (1) Convene a county affordable housing task force; and

(2) Direct the task force to prepare and recommend to its county legislative authority a county affordable housing for all plan for its jurisdictional area.

Requires the department of commerce to contract with the employment security department to annually establish two self-sufficiency income standards.

Provides that this act is null and void if appropriations are not approved.
