Requires the transportation commission to: (1) For toll bridges under chapter 47.46 RCW, provide an exemption from all toll charges for authorized emergency vehicles; and

(2) Provide an exemption from all tolled facilities for authorized emergency vehicles.

Requires the department of transportation to develop a process for authorized emergency vehicles to use tolled facilities without requiring the use of transponders and a "Good to Go!" account.
