    On page 177, after line 31, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7032. The military department shall transfer title of the Port Orchard Armory to the South Kitsap school district and the city of Port Orchard, jointly. The transfer of title must require the South Kitsap school district and the city of Port Orchard to cover any closing costs, and must specify a purchase price of one dollar, and require the school district and the city to own the facility for a minimum of ten years."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references.

EFFECT:  Transfers ownership of the Port Orchard Armory to the South Kitsap School District and the city of Port Orchard.  

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
