    On page 36, line 32, after "(809936Z)." insert "Of the amounts provided in this subsection, $60,000,000 of the transportation partnership account--state appropriation lapses if chapter . . . (House Bill No. 2193), Laws of 2017 (Alaskan Way viaduct overruns) is not enacted by June 30, 2017."

EFFECT:   Specifies that $60 million of the Transportation Partnership Account--State appropriation for the Alaskan Way Viaduct project lapses if House Bill No. 2193 (Alaskan Way Viaduct Overruns) is not enacted by June 30, 3017.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
