    On page 35, line 12, reduce the Multimodal Transportation Account--State appropriation by $15,327,000

    On page 35, line 19, correct the total.

    On page 36, beginning on line 33, strike all of subsection (10)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes the funding for the SR 99/Alaskan Way Viaduct replacement project transit mitigation.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces Multimodal Acct - State by $15,327,000.
