    On page 2, beginning on line 15, after "premises of a" strike all material through "location" on line 16 and insert "former contract liquor store"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that combination spirits, beer, and wine licenses may be issued for the premises of a former contract liquor store and that a license is not required to be for the premises at the contract location.
