    On page 2, line 19 of the amendment, after "Hold" strike "at least one public hearing in the county" and insert "((at least)) one public hearing in the ((county)) community"

EFFECT:   Specifies that only one hearing, rather than at least one hearing, must be held in the community, rather than the county, in which the opioid treatment program is proposed to be located.
