    On page 6, line 15, after "dealers" insert ", donated to other law enforcement agencies in rural areas of the state,"

EFFECT:   Provides that the Washington State Patrol may donate legal forfeited firearms in their custody to other law enforcement agencies in rural areas of the state rather than auctioning or trading the firearms to licensed dealers or destroying the firearms.
