     On page 2, line 25, after "of" strike "((ten)) forty" and insert "ten"

    On page 2, beginning on line 27, after "law." strike "((From September 1, 2012, through June 30, 2019, the surcharge shall be forty dollars.))" and insert "From September 1, 2012, through June 30, ((2019)) 2029, the surcharge shall be forty dollars."

EFFECT:

· Includes an expiration date of June 30, 2029 for the $40 Local Homeless Housing and Assistance surcharge, causing the surcharge to revert to $10 after the expiration date.
