On page 2, line 16, after "department" strike "and must be four hours in length" and insert ".  The department, in consultation with the prevailing wage advisory committee, must determine the length of the training"

EFFECT: Strikes the four-hour length requirement for the training and instead provides that the Department of Labor and Industries, in consultation with the Prevailing Wage Advisory Committee, must determine the length of the training.
