    On page 2, line 11 of the striking amendment, after "1," strike "2002" and insert "1999"

EFFECT:   Provides that the presumption applies to claims filed on or after the effective date of the act and where the injurious exposure occurred on or after January 1, 1999 (as opposed to January 1, 2002).
