On page 51, after line 34, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 305.  2016 c 233 s 19 (uncodified) is repealed."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:   Repeals an uncodified statute containing a July 1, 2021 expiration date for a postretirement employment option for retired teaches in Teachers' Retirement System plan 2 or plan 3 who retired under alternate early retirement provisions.
