    On page 9, beginning on line 1 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (3)(b)

    On page 9, line 23 of the striking amendment, after "section" strike "1(4)" and insert "1(6)"

EFFECT:  Removes the prohibition on releasing driving record abstracts for commercial purposes, and allows the Department of Licensing to continue this practice. Corrects an internal reference.
