    On page 15, line 1, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 by $291,000

    On page 15, line 7, correct the total.

    On page 15, after line 36, insert the following:

    "(5) $291,000 of the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 is provided solely for implementation of Engrossed House Bill No. 2759 (women's commission). If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2018, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse."

    On page 45, line 1, decrease the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 by $291,000

    On page 45, line 22, correct the total.

    On page 49, beginning on line 27, strike subsection (14).

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Transfers funding for the Women's Commission created in Engrossed House Bill 2759 from the Office of Financial Management to the Office of the Governor.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
