    On page 257, line 38, after "program." insert "Expenditures shall be prioritized for processing licenses and expanding the industrial hemp market."

EFFECT: Specifies that funding provided in the underlying bill to the Department of Agriculture for an industrial hemp research pilot program must be prioritized for processing licenses and expanding the industrial hemp market.     

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
