    On page 7, beginning on line 36, strike all of sections 8 through 12

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Restores current law with respect to the shift in the distributions of revenues from the Multimodal Transportation Account, the Freight Mobility Multimodal Account, and the Highway Safety Fund to the Connecting Washington Account that are triggered in the event of the enactment, adoption, or implementation of a fuel standard based on the carbon intensity of fuel.
