    On page 4, line, 29, after "(f)" insert "Exemptions for all fuel delivered to a retail station wholly owned and operated by a tribe, tribal enterprise, or tribal member licensed by the tribe, with respect to federally recognized Indian tribes that have entered into agreements with the governor under RCW 82.38.310;

    (g)"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Ecology's rules to implement the Clean Fuels program to exempt fuels that are covered by a fuel tax agreement that a federally recognized Indian tribe has entered into with the governor.
