    On page 7, line 30 of the striking amendment, after "at" strike "a percentage rate between fifty and eighty" and insert "fifty"

EFFECT:  Requires the coinsurance rate for the Washington Reinsurance Program to be set at 50% instead of between 50% and 80%.
