    On page 8, after line 3, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7.   If the United States supreme court rules that the mandatory payment of union dues or equivalent fees is unconstitutional as applied to public sector employees, this act is void and unenforceable."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Specifies that the bill is void and enforceable if the United State Supreme Court rules that mandatory payment of union dues or equivalent fees is unconstitutional as applied to public sector employees.
