    On page 2, beginning on line 8, after "The" strike "governor shall set the salary of the executive director" and insert "executive director's salary shall be fixed by the governor in accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.03.040"

EFFECT:   Requires the governor to set the salary of the executive director of the State Women's Commission in an amount not to exceed the recommendations of the Office of Financial Management.
