    On page 2, line 3, after "sites" insert "and verify that any potential recipient sites contain stable prey populations"

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to use best available science to verify that potential relocation sites contain stable prey populations, in addition to determining which sites are unoccupied by wolves.
