    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes a section which adds definitions pertaining to a greenhouse gas planning adder. Removes a section which requires electrical companies, gas companies, and the Utilities and Transportation Commission to use a greenhouse gas planning adder when: (1) Evaluating and selecting conservation policies, programs, and targets; (2) developing and evaluating integrated resource plans; and (3) evaluating and selecting intermediate-term and long-term resource options.
