On page 32, line 17, after "limitations:" insert "(1)"

    On page 32, after line 21, insert the following:

    "(2) Sufficient amounts are appropriated within this section to implement House Bill 1577 (historic auto. museums tax).  If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2017, the amounts provided in this subsection shall lapse."

EFFECT:   Specifies that sufficient funding is provided for the Department of Revenue to implement House Bill 1577 (historic auto. museums tax).

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
