EFFECT:   Increases the payments in lieu of taxes (PILT) the Department of Fish and Wildlife makes to counties by removing language that set the payment amounts in the operating budget and increasing the amount of funding provided for this purpose.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $2,073,000.

           Increases General Fund - Federal by $1,382,000.
