    On page 137, after line 10, insert the following:

    "(14) The department shall ensure that the hatcheries in Grays Harbor county, Pacific county, and Wahkiakum county each produce an annual number of fish that is equal to or greater than the annual average number of fish the hatchery produced over the past twenty years."

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to ensure that the hatcheries in Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties each produce an annual number of fish that is equal to or greater than the annual average number of fish the hatchery produced over the past twenty years.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
