    On page 2, line 37, after "(2)" insert "As an exception to subsection (1) of this section, the sponsor must list a qualifying political committee as a top five contributor if the political committee receives no more than ten percent of its contributions from a single source, and the sponsor is not required to identify the top five contributors to that political committee.

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Provides that a political committee is identifiable as a top five contributor if the political committee receives no more than 10 percent of its contributions from a single source.
