    On page 3, after line 3, insert the following:

     "(d) To facilitate measurement of homeless program performance, any unaccompanied youth thirteen years of age or older may give consent for the collection of his or her personally identifying information under RCW 43.185C.180. “Unaccompanied” has the same definition as in RCW 43.330.702."

EFFECT:

     Allows unaccompanied youth 13 years and older to give consent for the collection of personally identifying information for the Washington Homeless Client Management Information System to facilitate measurement of homeless program performance.
