    On page 1, line 6 of the striking amendment, after "Washington" strike "cattle" and insert "((cattle)) commercially produced bovines"

    On page 1, beginning on line 16 of the striking amendment, after "occurred." strike all material through "16.57.160." on line 19

EFFECT:   Expands the classification of animals that are subject to the $1.50 assessment, from "Washington cattle" to "Washington commercially produced bovines."  Removes the exemption from fifty cents of the $1.50 fee for the first sale of any calf identified with a green tag as defined in RCW 16.57.160.
