    On page 34, line 22, after "than" strike "two" and insert "three"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides that a woman acting as a surrogate and intended parents may not enter into more than three surrogacy agreements that result in the birth of children.  Provides that in order for a surrogacy contract to be valid, the woman acting as a surrogate and each intended parent must agree to have no more than one embryo transferred under the agreement.
