EFFECT:  Removes the County Road Administration Board and the Transportation Improvement Board from the list of entities required to be part of the work group to develop recommendations on a potential program to reduce fluid leakage from motor vehicles. 

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
