Beginning on page 2, line 37 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (2)
EFFECT: Eliminates the requirement that manufacturers of class B firefighting foam containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals recall their product and reimburse retailers and other purchasers of foam that the manufacturer was prohibited from selling.
