On page 1, after line 25 of the amendment, insert the following:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 2.  "Beginning July 1, 2018, a person, local government, or state agency may not discharge or otherwise use for training purposes class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS chemicals."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 3, line 19 of the amendment, after "violation of" strike "section 3" and insert "section 2 or 4"

EFFECT: Prohibits, beginning July 1, 2018, the discharge or use for training purposes of class B firefighting foam containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals.
