    On page 5, beginning on line 20 of the amendment, after "depositor" strike all material through "less" on line 23 and insert "if that credit union, or credit union branch as defined in RCW 31.12.005(3), is located in a county with two or fewer financial institutions with a permanent physical location, not including credit unions"

EFFECT:  Limits public deposits in amounts greater than the maximum insured amount to those in counties with two or fewer physical bank locations.
