On page 24, line 35, after "(b)" insert "The department must convene a monthly stakeholder meeting or information session where input and comments are requested from stakeholders regarding specific language used to display and present the information described in (a) and (c) of this subsection. Language related to license determinations must be reviewed for whether it is helpful to the consumer and whether the language is too inflammatory. The single source of information must be reviewed annually by the oversight board for children, youth, and families, and any language that chills consumer use of the single source or is unfairly inflammatory shall be removed. The department shall issue a report detailing the usefulness of the web resource and explaining instances where inflammatory language was used and then replaced on the web resource.
