On page 9, after line 36 of the amendment, insert the following:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 6.  "This act expires July 1, 2023."

On page 10, line 4 of the title amendment, after " 44.28 RCW;" strike "and creating a new section" and insert "creating a new section; and providing an expiration date"

EFFECT: Provides an expiration date of July 1, 2023.
