"(b) Bonds issued under this subsection may be used only for the purposes as described in subsection (6)(a) of this section."

On page 3, line 35 of the amendment, after "(11)" insert "(a)"

On page 4, after line 2 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(b) Bonds issued under this subsection may be used only for the purposes as described in subsection (6)(a) of this section."

EFFECT: Allows the issuance of bonds only for acquiring, rehabilitating, or constructing facilities providing supportive housing services.
