On page 1, line 8 of the amendment, after "(c)" strike "((The offender has not been found by the United States attorney general to be subject to a deportation detainer or order and does not become subject to a deportation order during the period of the sentence;

(d)))" and insert "The offender has not been found by the United States attorney general to be subject to a deportation detainer or order and does not become subject to a deportation order during the period of the sentence;

(d)"

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes eligibility for offenders who are subject to a deportation order.
