On page 4, line 6, after "year." insert "The web-based location must incorporate the information gathered by the survey in section 3 of this act."

On page 4, after line 10, insert the following:

"(3) Media literacy materials must be unbiased and content neutral."

EFFECT: Adds that media literacy materials must be unbiased and content neutral.

Requires that the web-based location incorporate information gathered in the survey of teacher-librarians, principals, and technology directors.
