    On page 3, after line 21, insert the following:

    "(b) A table of percentages based on the total number of adult felony sentences reduced to misdemeanors in each crime category, distributed by race and ethnicity;"

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Adds a requirement that the Caseload Forecast Council calculate impacts of sentence reductions by race and ethnicity.
