On page 2, after line 29 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(6) A BIAS provider may not allow an advertisement to be sent or displayed to a customer on a social media web site without opt-in approval every time the customer accesses the social media web site."

EFFECT: Requires opt-in approval of the customer every time the customer accesses a social media web site.
